Visionary - Rabbi Nota Schiller

“Dreaming and having a vision are two very different things. A dream can be pleasant, but a vision demands that a person throw himself into making it a reality.” — Rabbi Nota Schiller

At a time when the very idea of kiruv seemed impossible, R' Nota Schiller saw what others could not: thousands of Jews searching for meaning and waiting to rediscover their heritage. Together with a small group of fellow visionaries, he transformed that conviction into Yeshivas Ohr Somayach, an institution that would change countless lives and forever reshape the Torah world.

In this masterfully written biography, bestselling author Rabbi Nachman Seltzer traces R' Nota's remarkable journey—from Brooklyn to Jerusalem, from impossible dreams to extraordinary achievements. Filled with fascinating stories, unforgettable personalities, humor, setbacks, triumphs, and the wisdom of Torah giants who shaped him, this is the inspiring story of a man whose leadership, insight, and unwavering determination influenced generations.

More than the biography of one remarkable individual, Visionary is the story of how faith, perseverance, and a single compelling vision transformed the Jewish future.
