Return Timeframe:

You have 14 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

 

Item Condition:

To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.

Shipping Responsibility:

Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to us at their own expense.

 

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will promptly address the issue.

 

Exceptions:

Exchanges:

For a faster exchange process, return the original item and place a new order separately.

 

European Union Cooling Off Period:

If shipping within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason. The item must meet the same conditions as mentioned above.

 

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
