The Black Box #4 - Girls Comics

A Comic Book for Teenagers

After publicly revealing her ability to slow down time, Ruby Daniel's life as an
ordinary seminary girl is over. She is no longer just a student-she is a symbol and
has now joined the most persecuted group in the country: the superpowered.
Things are growing desperate under the new mayor, Rimona Levy. The noose
begins to tighten. New laws stifle freedom while surveillance units haunt the
streets and the superpowered are pushed into a corner.
While Ruby is locked away in a specialized institution with a mysterious
roommate, Rimona is busy planning her endgame: a staged terrorist attack
designed to frame the superpowered and hand her total, undisputed control.
But as time runs out, long-buried secrets involving Rimona, Dido,
and Professor Hendel begin to surface. Will these pieces of the puzzle be able to
stop the dangerous snowball, or will Ruby find that even slowing down time isn't
enough to outrun the next disaster?

Black Box is a breathtaking science fiction and action series that captivated
readers during its original serialization. This fourth installment pushes the fight
for freedom to the extreme in a literal race against time.
